New Bernie Wrightson Art Book Kickstarter

FPG has a Kickstarter to publish a new Bernie Wrightson book featuring art from his 2 trading card series. These images have never been published in book form and this looks to be a nice hardcover collection. It features 200 pages including the art, Bernie’s text from each card explaining the image on the card as well as a “Making of” on the production of the card series.
Text from Kickstarter site:
“It’s been almost 30 years since Bernie Wrightson let his imagination run wild on his two trading card series. For this once-in-a-lifetime creative endeavor, Bernie was given free rein to explore whatever ideas he wanted. Over a two-year period, he created 150 fantastic NEW paintings. Vivid images of swamp creatures, vampires, werewolves, and beasties of all types congregate throughout these works. It’s a spellbinding collection of all the things for which Bernie is best known.”
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loved Bernie Wrightson’s art as well as anyone who loves the macabre. There is plenty of it!

I’m not getting any kickbacks for this advert. I just think it will be a great book to have!
Obi-Wan Kenobi Ends On A High Note!

The Disney+ limited series ended this week with a bang. One of the best lightsaber battles ever and familiar locations rounded out a pretty solid series. From Mustafar to Alderaan and back to Tatooine the action and story was oh so Star Wars. I for one would love to see the continuing adventures of Obi-Wan and the Darth Vader stories we all deserve. Hopefully more to come…
It has been difficult...
